Ferny Creek Recreation Reserve is a delightful bushland reserve in the
Dandenong Ranges. Adjacent to Sherbrooke Forest the area draws in both localsand tourists to enjoy the amenities and surrounds.
The Reserve includes a children’s playground, oval, bush areas, picnic tables andpublic toilets. Unfortunately there is no disabled toilet.
There are gas and wood barbecues and ample parking.
A large Hall (circa 1927) and rustic, heritage listed Log Cabin (circa 1925) are available for hire.
The Reserve is open daily to the public from 7am.
The vehicle entry is locked at sunset.
Dogs on a lead are welcome.
